ORDER & PAYMENT POLICIES
Order Placement Policy
All orders must be placed through Mariesah Mina Design Order Form which can be found by clicking here. Once an order is placed, Mariesah Mina Design will contact you within 24 hours with any further questions. An invoice will be sent to the email address provided. Payment must be paid in full prior to any work starting on your order. Invoices and price quotes are only valid for 30 days.
Payment Types
Mariesah Mina Design accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover cards. We do not accept cash or personal checks at this time.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full before any work begins on your order. Mariesah Mina Design will invoice through Square to the email address supplied on the order form within 24 hours of an order being placed. Once payment is received Mariesah Mina Design will begin working on your order!
Timeframe Policy
We strive to complete all orders within 1-3 business days once payment is made in full. We take pride and time in completing custom orders exactly how you want so please understand that custom orders may require a slightly longer turnaround time.
SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICIES
Shipping
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard shipping is 2-6 days and shipping charges will be provided on your invoice. You will receive an email with a tracking number for your package once your items have been dropped off. Mariesah Mina Design is not responsible for any shipping delays once your order is dropped off at USPS. Refer to our Rush Order Policy for items needed sooner.
Rush Orders
Any order requested to be completed and delivered within five business days once payment is received is considered a rush order. A 10% rush order fee based on the purchase price will be added to all rush orders. The customer is financially responsible for all rush shipping fees as well.
Returns & Refunds
No refunds or returns will be accepted on custom orders. No exceptions. In stock items (non-custom orders) can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.

Custom & Personalized Designs
Depending on the length of name on your customized item(s) design size may vary. Also note that Mariesah Mina Design is not responsible for any spelling errors that are found on the order form so please double check spelling.
Adult T-Shirt Material
Our unisex adult t-shirts by Comfort Colors are 100% ringspun cotton.
Care Instructions
All care instructions apply to all items. Machine wash cold and tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron and do not bleach.
Baby Onesie Material
All baby onesies are Gerber Baby Organic Cotton Onesies. These onesies are STANDARD 100 BY OEKO-TEX certified which means they’re tested against over 350 harmful chemicals so you can have peace of mind when it comes to your newborns health and sensitivities.
Design Material
All garment items are created using heat transfer vinyl and/or printable heat transfer that is heat pressed onto the garment. Headwear material is a combination of 60% acrylic and 40% polyamide.
